I truly mean this sincerely - not wise-ass, but if Democrats don’t call their party the Democratic Party - how can we call out Republican operatives that continually say ”Democ-Rat”

Every poll I’ve seen shows Barack Obama doing better now than John Kerry or Al Gore did among working class people, and working class whites. Why does the media continue to claim that Barack Obama has a “problem” with working class voters, just as they claim he has a problem with women, Latinos, and Jews?

Aren’t there any groups John McCain has a problem with — like all those named above? And shouldn’t the media write and chatter about McCain’s problems with women, working class, Latino/a, and Jewish voters?
