Oil prices go up, Shrub family and friends get rich. Wage unnecessary wars, Cheney family and friends get rich. And both groups hold their assets through private equity buyout shops. There’s an essential difference between free enterprise and crony capitalism. We’ve crossed that line a long time ago.
